I work at the intersection of business, technology and organizational change.

Today, I work as a Business Architect in HR, focusing on how people, processes, technology and organizational capabilities fit together in a large, complex enterprise.

My background spans HR technology, SAP SuccessFactors, digital transformation, product ownership, agile delivery and portfolio management. Over the past years, I have worked across Volkswagen Group, Škoda Auto and Audi AG, moving between strategic architecture and hands-on delivery.

I enjoy working on problems that are difficult to define neatly: bringing structure to complexity, aligning stakeholders with different perspectives, and turning ambiguous challenges into decisions, systems and ways of working that actually function.
