I work with business capabilities, value streams, target-state design and operating models, helping connect organizational needs with technology and ways of working. My focus is particularly on complex HR environments where business, technology and organizational structures need to evolve together.

Digital HR & SAP SuccessFactors

My professional domain is digital HR transformation, with experience across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS. My focus has been less on hands-on configuration and more on operating models, global support structures, integrations, delivery and understanding how HR technology works within the wider organization.

Product, Agile & Delivery

I have worked as a Product Owner, SAFe Release Train Engineer and delivery lead in distributed international teams. My experience includes PI Planning, stakeholder alignment, delivery coordination, escalation management and helping teams turn strategic objectives into something that can actually be delivered.

Portfolio & Governance

I have worked with strategic portfolios, prioritisation, investment pipelines and governance structures, including Jira-based portfolio processes and WSJF-style prioritisation. I particularly enjoy designing the structures through which organizations turn ideas and opportunities into informed decisions.

AI & NLP

My AI background has both an academic and a professional dimension. I hold an M.Sc. in English Language Teaching with a thesis focused on the practical application of Natural Language Processing, while my current interests include AI-enabled HR transformation and AI governance.

Cross-functional & international work

Much of my experience has involved distributed teams, multiple countries, different professional disciplines and competing stakeholder perspectives. I am comfortable navigating between strategic discussions and operational detail, and particularly enjoy making complex topics understandable across organizational boundaries.

Turning complexity into something workable

I tend to be most useful when a problem is too complex to fit neatly into a predefined box.

I like understanding how the pieces connect, finding the structure underneath the complexity, and making it understandable enough for different people to work with.

The technology is rarely the whole problem.
